Happy National Veterinary Technician Week! 💙

Today, we are honoring our vet techs with breakfast and a gift to show our appreciation. 🐾 We are incredibly grateful for all they do, from collecting and running lab samples to monitoring anesthesia, filling medications, educating pet parents, and serving as patient advocates.

We are so lucky to have such passionate, empathetic, and wonderful people on our team. Thank you for everything you do behind the scenes!

If you recognize our vet techs and have come to know and love them, please give them a shout-out in the comments.

Special thanks to Moriah for providing the wonderful breakfast to celebrate everyone today.

It's officially National Veterinary Technician Week, and we're kicking off the celebration with something straight from the heart!

Every day at Ralston Vet, our incredible veterinary technicians show up ready to make a difference. They celebrate the happy moments, provide comfort through the difficult ones, and give their hearts to patients who can't really tell them thank you.

They are caregivers, problem-solvers, patient advocates, teammates, and sometimes even professional dog and cat snugglers!

But beyond everything they do, it's WHO THEY ARE that makes them so special.

Today and all this week, we are coming together to share just how much these amazing individuals mean to us. We hope this video gives you a glimpse of the love and appreciation we have for the people who help make our clinic feel like family.

To our vet techs: You are seen. You are valued. You are appreciated. And you make a bigger difference than you may ever realize. We all cannot thank you enough for loving our pets with every bit of love they deserve.

This week is all about YOU, and we couldn't be more grateful to have you all on our team!

Join us in showing our vet techs some love by leaving a comment and/or shouting out your favorite tech!

And if you have visited us in clinic or even at one of the events we attended, there’s a good chance you’ve seen Lauren helping keep tails wagging and your furry little cuties feeling a little more comfortable. As one of our wonderful Veterinary Assistants, she brings plenty of compassion, care, and heart to our team every day.

Take a minute to meet Lauren, learn a little more about her, and see why we’re so happy to have her as part of the Ralston Vet family.

Drop on in the comments to say hi to Lauren!
