A quick reminder that Second Chance Pet Adoptions will be closed Monday, September 7, in observance of Labor Day.

We’ll be back to our regular hours on Tuesday, September 8 where you can come visit our kitties from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Thank you for your understanding, and we look forward to seeing you next week! Enjoy your holiday weekend and stay safe.

Happy National Ginger Cat Appreciation Day to the orange kitties in our lives! Swipe to share your favorite of our bunch to let the world know it's their day!

Our adoption center is currently home to some very handsome ginger guys who are ready to soak up some attention and show you just how special orange cats can be. Stop by and meet them, and maybe you’ll find your new favorite shade of orange.

And if you’re already an orange cat fan… stay tuned. We have a few more orange friends coming your way soon. Visit our center Monday through Friday between 11 a.m. and 5 p.m. to see our tangerine dreams.

International Dog Day looks a little extra special around our center this year 🐾💜

After 653 days with Second Chance, including a return to our center, Suzy finally got the happy ending she deserved: ADOPTED! Swipe to see our girl with her new owner - also named SUZY!!!!

This one-eyed cutie spent nearly two years waiting for the right person to see what we saw in her—a sweet, silly, cuddly girl who just wanted a place to call home.
