This is what they mean when they say “off leash recall”. The girls and I got in a great 4.5 mile hike this morning! (Please note Nala and Dolly do have four leash leashes attached to their harnesses.)

15 years of working with animals has taught me a lot about life, love, and what actually matters…

1. Love is something you do, not just something you feel.
2. Trust is earned quietly, and broken loudly.
3. Presence and progress are more powerful than perfection.
4. Everyone deserves to feel safe before they can feel loved.
5. Joy lives in the simplest moments—if you’re paying attention.
6. Love means letting go, even when it hurts.
7. Every day you’re on the green side of the grass is a good day.

The dogs (and cats) have been my greatest teachers. 🤍

There’s something about making their food myself! 🥰

Chopping. Stirring. Measuring.
Knowing exactly what’s going into their bowls.

The small things matter.

It’s not about perfection — it’s about intention.
Love in its most ordinary, everyday form.

Nala and Dolly give me so much.
Loving them well is the least I can do. 🤍

If you know me, you know I love a snack — I’m ALL about a snack attack! So much so that Nala & Dolly’s recall is “Tasty Snacks”! A year ago I was hospitalized due to GI issues, and had to drastically change my diet. (Low FODMAP… if you know, you know… 😵‍💫) Sadly, I’ve had to cut out a lot of my favorite snackies. I have been finding some alternatives, and what a world of difference in my energy and overall health. But there are just some things I’ve been really jonesing for. Imagine my joy when I walked up my front steps to find this box of delectably delicious orange squares that one of my incredible team members left for me!? 😍🤩😋 It’s always the little things!!! Huge shoutout to (and her brother lol) for getting us our fix! 😂 THANK YOU for the GF goodness!!!

Oh $ #!+… the Second Day of Christmas!?! 🎄💩

Did she forget to post? Was this intentional? You’ll never know, but day two is all about number two. The unsung heroes of pet ownership; not flashy, but oh so essential! Today Santa Paws is adding reliable p**p bags, smart litter solutions, and pet-safe cleaners that keep your home clean without sacrificing comfort for our pets (and children!) to the list. Cleaning up after your pet is the law and one of the best ways to check in on their daily health and well-being. (Shhh don’t tell Nala I posted such an embarrassing photo of her, but she’s got to earn her keep. 🙈🤣)

All our Favorite Santa Paws items are linked in our bio and in our stories. Feel free to let us know if you have any questions! 🎄🤶🐾

🎵 On the First Day of Christmas, we got our doggy…
A Chuck It ball and frisbee! 🎵

If you’ve met my dog, Nala, you know that her Chuck It frisbees are her most prized possessions. She carries them EVERYWHERE with her and panics if she can’t find them. She and Dolly also LOVE all of the other amazing Chuck It products! They’re durable and versatile, and some of them even float. They’re also orange and blue for visibility. Obviously humans can easily see orange in a field or on the water, but did you know that for dogs, the color blue stands out to their eyes like orange does for us?! 🧡💙

All our Favorite Santa Paws items are linked in our bio. And we’d be happy to answer any questions — feel free to shoot us a DM. We love to hear from yall! 🎄🤶🐾
