Scout is a kitty who needs all interactions to happen on her own terms (as it should be). For years, she hissed at me every time I saw her. Now, she'll allow me to give her gentle pets, if she's in the mood 😹. I love the relationship we've built together! Happy Caturday! 😻🐾

I had the privilege of caring for 3 absolute cuties, Trixie, Lulu and Rory. Trixie and Lulu were comfortable with me right away and were happy to get pets and treats. Rory was shier, but with my efforts to make her feel safe, she came out by day 3 and let me give her pets, too. Success! Happy ! 😻🐾

had another fun week with Bill & Ted. They both enjoy getting pets & treats, and chasing the laser and their peacock feathers. We always have a great time! Happy ! 😻🐾

My condolences to Allison and Marc, who had to say goodbye to their sweet, special Tiger. I have had the honor of caring for him along with his brothers for the last several years. Tiger was a sweet boy who would greet me with a raspy meow and climb in my lap for pets. Allison & Marc are wonderful cat parents who have taken such good care of him. He gave and received years of happiness and love. It won't be the same going to their house without him there. RIP Tiger 🕊️

I love the trust I've built with Scout! Her grandparents were visiting with their dog. She won't let her grandparents (or pretty much anybody) near her, so the owner asked me to come to care for her. The dog's barking terrified Scout and she hid in the corner of the couch. As soon as she saw me, she started to relax. I gave her some treats and gave her some gentle pets. By the end of the visit, she was relaxed and ready for a nap! I'm glad I was able to be there to comfort her. Happy Caturday! 😻🐾
