At Five Points Pet Resort, we know some dogs love the outdoors even if their spirit for adventure is bigger than their paws. That’s why we offer relaxing farm rides where guests can safely enjoy the sights, sounds, and smells of the countryside from the comfort of our secure golf cart rides. 💚

Each ride lasts approximately 15–20 minutes and gives dogs a chance to experience the beauty of the farm in a calm, enriching way — perfect for seniors, laid-back pups, or dogs who simply enjoy taking it all in.

Is your pet emergency ready?

June is the perfect time to prepare your furry family members for hurricane season, severe weather, wildfires, floods, and other unexpected emergencies. Having a plan in place now can make all the difference later. 💚

Here are a few important ways to stay prepared:

✔️ Create a Pet “Go Kit”
Include food, water, medications, bowls, leashes/carriers, and copies of medical records in a waterproof container.

✔️ Make an Evacuation Plan
Identify pet-friendly hotels, shelters, or friends/family outside your immediate area who can help in an emergency.

✔️ Keep Identification Updated
Make sure your pet’s microchip and ID tags have current contact information.

✔️ Practice Your Plan
Include pets in evacuation drills so they become comfortable with carriers and transportation.

✔️ Download Emergency Checklists
Helpful resources are available through Ready.gov/pets and the American Red Cross.
