🎃👻 It's going to be a SPOOKTACULAR Vet Tech & Assistant Week! 🐾🖤💀

This year, we're putting a spooky twist on our celebration as we recognize the amazing Veterinary Technicians AND Veterinary Assistants who keep our clinic running every day! 🩺🐶🐱

Our team works their tails off caring for your furry, feathered, and scaly family members, and we couldn't let this week go by without showing them some love! ❤️

Welcome to our Vet Tech & Assistant Cemetery and Science Lab!

We've transformed our hallway into a creepy, kooky celebration, complete with personalized tombstones. Our breakroom features some familiar faces in photos that have taken a turn for the TERRIFYING! 🧟‍♀️🧟‍♂️

📸 Each day, we'll be sharing some fun pictures of our assistants! Be sure to follow along to see who's lurking in the halls. You might just recognize a few of these spooky characters! 👀

🖤 A HUGE shoutout to Megan, our amazing receptionist, for her creativity and hard work making individualized tombstones for our creepy hallway! She truly brought our spooky vision to life with hanging bats and dancing skeletons! 🎨

Most importantly, thank you to all of our incredible techs and assistants for the compassion, dedication, patience, and hard work you bring to our clinic every single day. We would be LOST (or maybe HAUNTED 👻) without you!

🎃 Happy Vet Tech & Assistant Week! 🎃

🐢💚 Meet Carol! 💚🐢

Carol is one of our Vet Assistant Ashlyn’s turtles, and she recently stopped by Riverside to see Dr. Burger for a little check-up because she wasn’t feeling her best.

After some TLC, medication, and a special feeding, we hear Carol is doing much better! 🥰 We’re so happy this sweet girl is on the mend and hope she continues to feel better!

Help us send Carol some extra love! 💚🐢

🕷️🐾 A New Favorite at Riverside?! 🐾🕷️

Dr. Currin had a special little visitor come in for a visit… a TARANTULA! And let's just say, Ben was absolutely in love with this hairy little friend! 😍

He may or may not be considering trading in his chameleon (Tangled joke) for this eight-legged critter! 😂🦎➡️🕷️

Who knew a little extra fluff and eight legs could steal the show? We think Ben may have found his next favorite pet! ❤️

💕🐾 Dolly’s Bandage Era Has Come to an End! 🐾💕

A HUGE thank you to Dolly and her wonderful family for the amazingly yummy Dolly Twin Cake they brought us! 🎂🐶 We definitely see the resemblance… and we have to say, both Dollys are pretty adorable! 😍

Our sweet girl Dolly has officially graduated from her frequent bandage changes with Dr. Waddell! 🎓🐾 After fracturing her leg, Dolly needed frequent bandage changes, which meant lots of visits to Riverside. Before long, our staff absolutely fell in love with this sweet little frequent flyer! ❤️

And we can’t forget to give a HUGE shoutout to Megan! She created a new design for many of Dolly’s bandage changes, and we were seriously impressed with her creativity! 🎨🐾 Who says a bandage can’t be fashionable?! 😉

Congratulations, Dolly! We’re so happy to see you healed, happy, and ready to leave the bandage changes behind! 🥰🐶

Thank you for letting us be part of Dolly’s journey—and for the delicious treat! ❤️🎂

🐱💙 Happy International Cat Day! 💙🐱

Today we’re celebrating all the cats who make our homes happier, our laps warmer, and our lives just a little more chaotic. 😹

From the cuddly lap cats to the “please don’t touch me” cats, the playful kittens to the wise old souls — every cat has a personality all their own, and we love them all! 🐾❤️

International Cat Day is the perfect reminder to give your feline friend a little extra love today… and maybe a few extra treats. 😉🩷

We are posting some of our own cat’s photos. 📸

📸 Show us your cats! Drop a picture of your favorite feline in the comments and tell us their name and their most ridiculous or lovable personality trait! 👇🐈

Happy International Cat Day from all of us at Riverside Veterinary Clinic! 🐾💙
