Vello allows you to:

Request appointments and access scheduled appointment details - You can request an appointment date and time and we will email or call you to confirm within 1-2 business days. We still recommend calling to schedule an appointment directly by phone if your pet is having a medical issue or emergency. Never forget an appointment time or date!

Refill prescriptions - You can request medications and prescription diets directly through the portal.

Download medical records- You can access your pet's vaccine due dates and medical records right in the portal.

Chat with a team member- You can send us a text message at: (262) 384-4638 and we will reply as soon as possible. This is a great option when calling or emailing is not convenient, or you need to send us a video or photo pertaining to your pet.

Good information

If you have ever brought your pet into the emergency room, and wondered how our wait times work, here is how we evaluate your pet's stability index!
When your pet is brought into the emergency room, the triage technician will assign your pet a PSI level based on their presenting concerns. Sometimes, based on how many PSI 1-2 cases we have at a time in the emergency room can affect the wait time. We make a guarantee to see your pet, no matter the PSI they are assigned, while also ensuring pets get timely care based on their presenting symptoms.
