We are at the HBW Adoption Center in the Quincy Town Center today (Aug 22nd) until 3:00pm. Come meet Molly (the cattle dog mix, Queen of fetch), Sybil ( the cat with only 1 personality that is all sweet ;) ) and Roxy (the cat who may be ~ 10 yrs old but that just means she is experienced at love!).

🐾💚 This is what it looks like when a community chooses to care.

We are incredibly grateful to the Quincy Charter Chapter of the American Business Women’s Association for choosing Homeward Bound Waggin’ as the beneficiary of their Dancing Through the Decades fundraiser and raising an incredible $1,600 for the animals in our care.

Homeward Bound Waggin’ is 100% donation funded and volunteer based. There is no big budget behind this work—there are simply people who believe that animals deserve safety, compassion, and a second chance at life.

Our mission is to prevent cruelty to animals, relieve their suffering, and transport homeless animals to areas where loving adoptive homes are waiting. And every bit of that mission is made possible by people who choose to help.

Every fundraiser. Every donation. Every volunteer hour. Every shared post. Every person who says, “What can I do?”

It all becomes another meal, another safe night, another mile toward a new life, and another animal given the chance to know what it feels like to be loved. 🐾

To the wonderful women of the Quincy Charter Chapter of ABWA: thank you for sharing your time, your talents, your generosity, and your hearts with our Waggin’.

You didn’t just raise funds.

You helped us keep hope moving. 💚

Plan on stopping by the Celebrating the Life of Isabella today at the Hull Community Center (200 Walnut, Hull). We will be there with some of the adoptable dogs starting at noon!

Join us Sat, Aug 8th, at the Celebrating the Life of Isabella Mitchell-Wheeler benefit. https://www.facebook.com/events/1796268858206738

We will have some of our adoptable dogs there to celebrate the life and honor the memory of a young lady who loved animals and was taken way too young. Isabella was an advocate for the animals in need and this adoption event is in her honor. There will be games, raffles, etc

We will be at the Hull Community Center (200 Walnut, Hull) starting at noon. We will not be at the HBW Adoption Center in the mall this Saturday.
