Paws at Home Vet - Quincy, IL

My supervisor suggested I tell you that we will be closing early this Friday (10/9) to spend time with dear family from Colorado.

I’ll only be in the office until 11 on Friday and then closed for the weekend. 🍁🧡🍁

Here’s another ‘Then and Now’ - the Paws at Home office manager has changed in size and shape. 😻❤️🐶
Grigio would steal people’s seats and Roxanne was planted under my seat today.
We have the best supervisors. 😘

For Paws 12th Anniversary month we will share some ‘Then and Now’ photos.

Baxter and Zoe and their dear Mom, Laura, are all very sweet. We make sure to have plenty of peanut butter to distract the dogs from their injections and blood draws.

Today was a gorgeous fall day. 🍁❤️🍁

I know its usually warm here until mid October, for Indian summer, but 99 F's is not making us happy.
Mom went early to Safeway yesterday.
Not much cleaning was done except for a couple loads of laundry, cleaning the bird baths and neatsying.
Today will be some cleaning and more laundry. We also will be watching a movie or 2 we dvr'd.
We recorded the Svengooli movies, Wizard of Oz, invisible man returns and from PBS, Arsenic and Old Lace.
Wishing y'all a sensational Sunday 🍁🍁🍁

Dogs just know when you need a friend close. Thankful for these furry angels on earth. 🐶❤️

Today marks the 12th anniversary of Paws At Home! Well things have changed a bit over the years (like the Pawsmobile and my hair color 😘), I am so thankful that Becky and I can still help families in the Quincy area.

Thanks to all of you for entrusting your pets to our veterinary housecall care services 🐾❤️🐾

As we come to the end of September, I am reminded how much a grateful heart improves my daily life.
This week we saw all 3 of our clients named Rich who live on the same block in Quincy. 🥰 I would say we are Richly Blessed in so many ways!!!

Shadow and Fenway would agree. 🐶💕🐶

Caught Red-Handed!!! These guys drive Roxanne crazy and now that they are eating the zinnias, I’m not a fan either. 🤨

Cats have such a boss attitude! 😸 Here is a prime example - he is owning the dog scale and it was not his housecall appointment! 😹

Animals tend to be more relaxed during home visits, so we can see a truer picture of their health. It also gives us insight into the unique challenges of their home environment, so we can tailor suggestions for your family. 🐶🏡😻

Here’s a Throwback Thursday when Sweet Grigio ran the Paws at Home office. We miss him and his feline siblings B and Pinot.

Animals are such an important part of our lives. Sweet memories keep their spirits alive. 🐾❤️
