I am so in love!!! These puppies are adorable. Tomorrow, we begin ENS (early Neurological stimulation) this helps our puppies deal with stress. They adapt to new situations. The military invented this program and found it to be so helpful in training their dogs. We have two spots available, if you are interested let me know. This litter will go home at the end of October.

When your Lab freezes, lifts its nose to the wind and goes still, it is reading a story you cannot even sense.
A Labrador's nose carries somewhere around 220 million scent receptors, compared to roughly 5 to 6 million in a human. They also have a second scent organ in the roof of the mouth that detects heavier molecules our noses have no equipment for at all.
This is why Labs excel at detection work of every kind, from tracking a trail to picking up subtle changes in the human body. To them the air is layered with information, like an invisible landscape stretched out in every direction.
It is a little dizzying to imagine experiencing the world mainly through smell. What is the most impressive thing you have watched a dog track down using its nose alone?

Well Ivy surprised me last night, She decided to go into labor yesterday afternoon. By 10pm our first boy popped out obviously very hungry as he could not wait to get out of the sac on find mama. After that she had 6 more boys, yep, she had 7 boys!!! By 2AM Ivy was snuggle with her puppies. Enjoy the photos of these sweet babies, they had their first spa treatment in the incubator this morning, the heat is so good for them.
