Rufus is back for boarding while his dad is away! We love seeing how much fun him and his dad have now. I found Rufus on the pinal county animal shelter site over a year ago and had to go get him and train him up for someone. Luckily one of our good friends wanted him and now we get to see him all the time.

I’m backkkk from maternity leave! I’m super excited to start training pups again but with an added mini me 🥰. Our new little boy Wyatt will be a bundle of fun while I train your dogs and you. It will be an adjustment but hoping to find our groove quickly.

Officially now on Maternity leave! I will hopefully be back August 18th. The month of May I will have my phone on me to answer questions and be booking August and September.
I will be booking day training, boarding and 1 stay and train. Extremely limited spots so we can figure out what our routine will be with our new edition joining us💙.

Instead of teaching your new puppy to shake or sit let’s teach them things that will benefit y’all’s future! If you want a dog to take places you need to socialize, swimming you need to start getting them use to water, if your dog needs a lot of grooming make it positive, etc.
1. Name, manners, come, walking on leash, crate
2. Exposing to new things- water, different surfaces, sounds
3. Socializing- new environments, new people, dogs, cats, kids. This doesn’t mean they say hi to them all. Just be around them and focus on you.
4. Preparing them for the vet and groomers. Touching their paws, ears, mouth, man handling them properly.

I will officially be on maternity leave starting May 1st, I’ll hopefully be coming back August 18th. I will have my work phone on me in May for any questions needed but once our boy decides to show up I’ll be MIA until August.

Jäger has arrived as our last stay and train for 2 weeks before I head on maternity leave. He is a 10.5 week old German shepherd puppy, we will be working on all puppy things. A puppy this young we don’t care much about obedience we want to work on socializing, confidence building, grooming, mouthing, jumping, name, come, a little bit of place. Overall anything the owners want as a future dog is what we’re working on. His owners want to be able to take him places so socializing is a big priority!

Winifred joined us for our 2 week board and train program! She is a 4 year old Saint Bernard, we will be working on her obedience and learning to control herself around people and dogs. She gets overly excited and will be learning to become a therapy dog.
