More cats and kittens just added to our adoption room - come check them out! And with kitten season in full swing, we have more fantastic felines coming in every day that are waiting to find forever homes.

**KITTEN CAM**

With so many kittens coming into the shelter, our kitten cam is back in action! These two little cuties were recently found as strays in the City of Milton, and brought in by a concerned resident who wanted a safe place for them to stay. Once these kittens are socialized, put on a bit more weight, and have spay/neuters completed, then they will be on their way to finding forever homes.

We haven't named them yet... what do you think would be a good name for these two kittens?

Are you looking for a *great* dog?!? Well we have one extra great pup that is now available for adoption -- meet Luna!

Luna is a 5 year old Great Dane that is the perfect mix of sweet and goofy. She enjoys meeting new people, does well out in public, and is always happy to soak up attention from her human friends. And she absolutely loves to play in water!

We believe that Luna would do best in a home without small children or other small pets. She is very affectionate, and would love to be your loyal companion and the center of your attention.

Interested in meeting Luna?!? No appointments needed, just stop by the shelter between 11 a.m. and 4 p.m. to see why this sweet girl is the perfect pup for you. We are located on 39th Avenue in the City of Puyallup, between the Lowes hardware store and the Pierce College campus.

We need your help!!!!! With kitten season in full swing and large numbers of lost/abandoned dogs continuing to come into the shelter, we have a critical need for donations of non-clumping kitty litter, wet kitten food (Sheba and Fancy Feast brands preferred), and dry adult dog food (Costco Kirkland brand preferred).

These specific brands of food are requested because our dogs and cats tummies are much happier when they are on a consistent diet. Donations can be shipped or dropped off at: Metro Animal Shelter, 1200 39th Avenue SE in the City of Puyallup.

We are tremendously grateful for the support of our community members, businesses, and organizations who donate toward the care of our animals during this time of great need!
