Offering expert horse training, riding lessons, carriage driving and pleasure driving lessons, show services, and sales. Founded in 1978, John Bennett Stables is a multi-generational Morgan horse training facility nestled in the quiet corner of Connecticut. With deep roots in the Morgan horse community, the farm has grown into a respected name in training, showing, and horsemanship for all breeds. The stable is proudly owned by John Bennett, who brings over 46 years of hands-on experience, and his daughter, Katherine Bennett, who continues the family tradition as the third generation of Bennetts to run the farm. With over 35 years of experience herself, Katherine blends classic training values with a modern approach to riding, driving, and equitation instruction. Home to 32 horses, John Bennett Stables offers full-service training, riding and driving lessons, show preparation, and sales. Whether you're new to the saddle or a seasoned competitor, the Bennetts provide the knowledge, care, and commitment to help both horse and rider thrive.
