2026 Westfalen NA inspection is in the books!

2 colts strutted their stuff just perfect for premium awards. The rest of this years foal crop was no more than .5 points from a premium award! To say we are proud of Ninja Turtle is an understatement.

We are very appreciative of Otto and the feedback we received. We very much appreciate the folks that showed up to help out.

Now its on to plantation to take on the 2* division!

I'll start with, chaos is just a way of life here.

Second, Justin having an accomplice is a bit unsettling... he used to have to come get me to assist in the unf*ckery...

So now, when the large child gets in a predicament, he gets the small child to help out... in hopes mom doesn't find out. I was cleaning turtles stall. Getting stuck right out the window was poor planning on his part.

Turle goes to Kentucky to compete in the modified division at the AEC'S. He brings home a ribbon. He absolutely didn't disappoint. He gets home fri night. Gets saturday off, then this is what he did on sunday. He helped Myka Reeder get her 3yr old ready for his first ride.

Sir Louis, Mykas' 3yr old, has quite a story. He was born and his mother didn't want to be a mom, so we brought taryns barrel smasher in. She raised him as her own. Ninjas really are different.

In the barn with Ninja Performance Horses!

Today was Monkey's (Bet Hesa Cat x Spots hot) 3rd time being saddled and his first time being saddled before we came out to the round corral.

Not chasing them away is super important to how we start the baby ninjas. In the first couple works, we work on facing up. When they are slow to face, they always get sent out and work for the infraction. This is using that same question and same consequence they have done several times before.

"What happens when they dont make a mistake next time?" Well, get on!
