Equine Ranch Assistant — Part-Time

We are looking for a reliable, experienced horse person to join our team as a part-time Equine Ranch Assistant. This is a hands-on position working directly with horses and assisting with the daily operation of our ranch.
Monday–Friday | Part-Time | Hourly Pay Based on Experience
Responsibilities
* Safely halter and lead horses — previous experience is a must.
* Catch horses in the pasture and safely bring them to the palpation area.
* Assist with the daily routine of bringing horses in from the pasture.
* Provide daily care and management of the horses.
* Handle horses safely and confidently in a variety of situations.
* Assist with feeding, watering, and general ranch routines.
* Perform general animal handling and other daily ranch activities.
* Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized ranch environment.
Qualifications
* Hands-on horse-handling experience is required.
* Experience safely haltering and leading horses is a must.
* Experience catching horses in a pasture setting.
* Ability to safely handle horses of different ages, sizes, and temperaments.
* Basic knowledge of horse care, feeding, watering, and general ranch routines.
* Dependable, responsible, and comfortable working outdoors.
* Calm, patient, and confident around horses.
