Today we’re celebrating the little creatures who make our homes happier, our lives a little fluffier, and somehow manage to completely run the household. 😹

✨ Meet Merlin the Magnificent Floof! 🐾

This handsome Maine C**n came in for his very first awake groom - no sedation, no medications, just lots of patience, gentle handling, and plenty of Churu rewards! 💙

Merlin has a very cottony coat, so he benefited from a full belly shave (you can’t even tell!), followed by a luxurious bath, blow dry, and thorough comb-out to keep him comfortable and mat-free.

He did so well! 🥹 His previous grooming experience had only been a fully sedated lion cut at the vet, which, as Merlin proved today, was completely unnecessary for this very good boy. We’re so proud of him! 😻

From painful mats to purring comfort 💕 This gorgeous Maine C**n was such a sweetheart for her belly shave, bath & blow dry today. The biggest matt isn’t shown, but covered a large portion of her belly. So happy to help her feel comfy and mat-free again! 😻

Regular grooming with baths helps to prevent large mats like this from forming.

From scruffy to stunning ✨

This sweet (and very squiggly 😅) kitty came in for a full glow-up. We did a full belly shave, a deep de-shed treatment, and a tidy toe fluff trim 🐾

Despite all the wiggles, this little one was an absolute sweetheart 💕 and now look at that transformation… silky, smooth, and oh-so-beautiful 😍
