The easiest way to save the lives of thousands of animals is to be part of the solution and not the problem, spay/neuter your pets

I spoke with Stevan Hernandez he mentioned the city shelter IS willing to reduce the impoundment fee from $170.00 and will deduct an additional $30.00 if he will allow both the male & female to be spayed & neutered for all one flat fee of $140.00. The fee of $140.00 will cover the fees/fines for release AND both dogs sterilization fees as well as all needed vaccines required for adult dogs. He did agree to allow both dogs to be fixed there at the city shelter which is a absolutly wonderful choice he has made. It not only helps control the pet popuilation but can help alot of possible health issues as well as behavior issues many dogs will have as a result of not being spayed or neutered. Any fees that are unpaid at the 8am Monday morning A New Leash On Life Pet Bail Bonds are willing to pay to make sure these dogs get to return home not only safe but spayed and neutered as well, yay!!
These dogs are very lucky to have an owner that loves them and willing to do what it takes to be a responsible pet owner. And it is also wonderful that we have such a great community that helps pets owners in need to be able to do the responsible thing in challenging times of need when life happens as it does to everyone at one time or another. Its all about neighbors helping neighbors in times of need.....

We have emergency Canine dry kibble food available thru our EMERGENCY PET FOOD PANTRY. It is puppy food but can also be fed to young adult dogs as well. At this current time unfortunately do not have any type if cat food available. Please feel free to contact me regarding cat/kitten food to see if we have had any cat food donated because we will make it available depending on donations received. Steel City Alley Cats Coalition is a 501(c)3 animal welfare organization. All in-kind as well as monetary donations are tax deductable. So any and all new bags of any size of dry and/or canned cat food is greatly needed as well as appriciated so we will have cat food to also assist cat owners and feral cat colony managers in need in these times so many are financially struggeling.
To arrange an appointment to pick up food please call 719-334-9727. If I am unable to answer at the time you call please feel free to send a text and I will reach back out to you asap. We do reserve the right to refuse service to any breeders. We DO NOT condone the purposely breeding of dogs or cats for the reason being the extremely high number of dogs, puppies, cats & kittens that are killed daily in shelters throughout our Nation and choose to in no way to take any part of condoning or contributing to this horrible situation of the killing of healthy adoptable animals. We feel breeders can charge deposits for puppies they will be selling for personal profit to provide any and all needed supplies including nutricanial needs/products. But we are happy to help any mama dogs or cats (as cat food is available) that were pregnate when they were pregnate at the time of rescue.
If anyone is interested inmaking a monetary donations to assist in providing pet food to the great many owners & animals in needs of assistance throughout the pandemic feel free to use the donate button below provided by facebook or you can mail a donation to
SCACC
P.O Box 2128
Pueblo, Co. 81004
And remember both in-kind & monetary donations are tax deductable. And no bag of food or amount donated is ever to small it all adds up and is all greatly appriciated.
Blessings too all!
