A little known secret…Beaver Dam Chilis make the best pepper jelly, or any jelly, you’ve never put in your mouth. The taste is similar to Red Hot candy many of us ate as kids. They are one of the most versatile peppers you’ll find. Dishes can be made with little or no heat depending on how you slice them. 🌶 Bon-appetite!

We are sending out peppers daily! The peak of our harvest time is just beginning, but it won’t last long. We will do custom orders or we can make you a nice variety box within your price range. We have everything from super sweet to super hot. Already this year we have mailed peppers from New Jersey to San Diego. 2 day shipping and they are always picked the day of or the evening before shipping them out. We do everything we can to ensure freshness so they will arrive to you like they just came out of the garden.

The wait is over!!! We have super hots, sweet peppers, and a little in between available for mail order and local delivery. We will announce when we will be set up at the Pueblo West farmers market on some Saturdays. The peppers are maturing quickly and they won’t last long. We will be posting often with updates and details until the end of the season.

Super hot Fathers Day giveaway!

Until production picks up we have made the decision to give away some super hot peppers when we have excess. We will deliver them to you at no charge in the hopes of creating some local enthusiasm for our product. Theses are hot!!! 1-2 will spice up a dish quite nicely. . They can be frozen and used later. You can eat them as well, but do so with caution. This promotion will likely last 4+ weeks. No catch or gimmick. We are bringing peppers to the people for free. Supplies are limited!

All you need to do is comment below and tell us why you need some peppers. Humorous comments get preference points. We’ll PM the recipients we choose.

Who likes super hot peppers? These are well over one million scoville and probably closer to two million. They are delicious! They don’t have that typical Chinense taste. They are very fruity, but super hot! We call these the Pueblo Strawberry. It’s an excellent pepper to spice up a meal. Who wants to try em?

It won’t be long until we have some Beaver Dam Peppers available to the public. This variety is very fruity and sweet with less heat than a jalapeño. The placenta itself can be pretty hot and the heat has a really long delay that slowly builds. They are great for stuffing, salads, and snacking.
