This week, our team was proud to participate in our off-site vaccine clinic in , helping community pets access affordable preventative care close to home. From vaccines and microchips to answering pet care questions, these clinics play a vital role in keeping pets healthy and with the families who love them. Thank you to everyone who came out and helped make the day a success! PARL’s vaccine clinics provide affordable vaccinations and microchipping services to pets throughout our community.

Looking for a quiet roommate who keeps to himself and occasionally accepts forehead kisses? Bruno is accepting applications now!

At a little over four years old, this handsome Lionhead mix knows exactly what he likes: peace, quiet, personal space, and occasionally gracing his humans with attention on his terms! Bruno isn’t the type to throw himself into your lap for constant attention, but if you earn his trust, he may hop over for a few good head pets before returning to his regularly scheduled bun business.

Bruno would thrive in a quiet home without young children, loud noises, or space away from dogs/cats in the home if any, but is a potential bun bondmate for another neutered/spayed rabbit.

Bruno is looking for someone who understands that love doesn’t always look clingy, sometimes it looks like peacefully coexisting while he lounges nearby like the tiny king he is!

It’s Coco!
Coco is a happy, playful, sporty type of dog who loves nothing more than bonding with his people over a good game of fetch or a long walk. He’s smart and motivated to work for treats or toys and he’d likely love working on learning some fancy new tricks and skills to show off to everyone he meets. Coco is friendly with new people but might have too much of a “bull in a china shop” personality for young kids. He’s previously lived with another dog and has met a few new canine friends recently and did well with all of them - he’d be up for meeting any resident dogs you might have to see if he’s the right match for the family! Coco has no known experience with cats and we would recommend a slow and thoughtful introduction to ensure the safety and comfort of all animals involved.

Skittles is a sensitive girl who can take a little time to feel safe in new environments. Shelter life has been a big adjustment for her, so she may not show her full personality right away. Once she’s comfortable, though, Skittles has a sweet and affectionate side just waiting to shine through.

She’s looking for a quiet, adult-only home where she can settle in at her own pace and build trust with her people. Skittles would prefer to be the only pet in the home so she can enjoy a calm environment and all the love to herself.

Meet Missy Snort Snort 🐾💗

Missy Snort Snort is the kind of dog who steals hearts instantly—with her squishy face, goofy snorts, and sweet-as-can-be personality. Since arriving at PARL, this lovable girl has been charming everyone she meets with her affectionate nature and adorable expressions.

Snort is looking for a home that will fall in love with her for exactly who she is: silly, cuddly, and full of personality. She loves being near her people, soaking up attention, and reminding you daily why rescue dogs are the best kind of dogs.

Missy Snort Snort does have a medical condition called Brachycephalic Airway Disease, which makes it harder for her to breathe comfortably. She recently had a consult with specialists and will need life-changing surgery to help her breathe easier and live more comfortably—but don’t let that scare you away. Snort is still very much living her best life and deserves a family willing to love her through every snort, snooze, and silly moment.
