As some of our clients have noticed, our grooming times have been getting a little ✨speedier✨ lately!

We’ve gone from the occasional 3–4 hour grooming time to averaging around 1–2.5 hours, with some days stretching closer to 3 hours depending on the pups we have in.

Why the change? We have a new member joining the Out West team! 🐾

When all the moving parts of the shop are clicking at 100%, everything flows more smoothly—and that means we can get your furry family members looking and feeling their best a whole lot faster!

We’re pretty excited about this new addition and what it means for our clients, our pups, and our groomers who would also like to make it home before bedtime. 😂

As always, thank you for your patience and support while we continue fine-tuning our shop and keeping those tails wagging! 🐶❤️
