🐾 NOW HIRING: Weekend Kennel Technician 🐾

Windsong Veterinary Hospital is looking for a reliable, animal-loving person to help care for our boarding pets on the weekends!

This is a great opportunity for a high school or college student interested in veterinary medicine or animal care, or anyone looking for a small weekend position working with pets.

Schedule:
Saturday & Sunday
• Morning shift: approximately 7:30 AM until finished
• Evening shift: approximately 7:30 PM until finished

Shift length varies depending on how many pets are boarding, but typically ranges from 30 minutes to 1.5 hours per shift.

Responsibilities include:
• Feeding and providing fresh water
• Administering simple medications as directed
• Walking and caring for boarding dogs
• Cleaning kennels/runs and our outdoor pet yard
• Laundry and general boarding-area cleanup
• Weekend boarding check-ins and check-outs
• Giving some attention to our clinic cat, who considers himself management 😸

We’re looking for someone who is dependable, comfortable around dogs and cats, and able to work independently. Because our boarding patients depend on us, reliability—especially on weekends and holidays—is very important.
