It's the perfect way to enjoy quality time with your horse while staying comfortable.Whether you're looking to improve your riding, spend more time in the saddle, or simply enjoy a beautiful morning at the farm, we'd love to have you join us!

💧 Did you know? Horses can drink 5–15+ gallons of water a day, and even more during hot summer weather! Clean, fresh water is one of the most important parts of keeping your horse healthy year-round.

☀️ In summer, proper hydration helps prevent dehydration, overheating, and colic.
❄️ During the winter, horses often drink less when water is too cold or frozen, which can increase the risk of impaction colic. This is why we use water heaters in the winter—to help keep water at a comfortable temperature and encourage horses to drink more.

A clean bucket and fresh water may seem simple, but they play a huge role in your horse’s health and well-being! 🐴💙

We’re excited to announce that we now have weekday morning lesson openings available in addition to our evenings ! Whether you're looking to build confidence, improve your skills, or simply enjoy a peaceful ride before the day gets busy, we'd love to have you join us.

Stony Brook Farm & Stables is looking for a reliable part-time evening farm employee for our retirement farm in Princeton, NJ. Hours are approximately 3:00 PM–6:00 PM, with duties including feeding horses and cleaning just 2–3 stalls. This is a very easy position with quiet, well-behaved horses and a relaxed work environment.

Applicants must be 18+, have horse experience, reliable transportation, and good communication skills. Perfect for someone looking for after-school work, a side job, or retirees who want to stay active around horses.Bi-weekly pay. Schedule options include Monday–Friday or Wednesday–Sunday.
