Over the past year, our partnership with Country Pup Kennel has continued to grow and flourish, and honestly, it has become something I am incredibly proud to be a part of. It’s a place I genuinely enjoy going to every single day.
As many of you know, I am extremely particular about cleanliness, structure, dog handling, and overall care standards. Country Pup is truly one of the cleanest boarding and training facilities I have ever seen. The kennel is staffed 24/7, 365 days a year, with someone always awake, present, and actively monitoring and caring for the dogs.
Located on 35 beautiful acres, the facility gives us an incredible amount of space and flexibility for training, enrichment, decompression, and individualized care. One of the biggest advantages is the setup itself. Country Pup offers special indoor-outdoor runs that lead directly into attached private yards, allowing dogs to safely move in and out with minimal stress and handling. These runs are housed in their own separate building, which is especially beneficial for dogs who may be more stressed, overwhelmed, require decompression time, or need a quieter environment away from the main kennel activity. The facility also has an isolation room available when needed for additional safety and management purposes.
Combined with the Canine Evolution home facility being located less than a mile away, it creates an incredible environment for training, structure, safety, and individualized care.
Because of how successful this partnership has been, starting June 1st, all Canine Evolution board and train dogs will, by default, be staying and training through Country Pup Kennel. Training will still be done by Canine Evolution, but boarding operations will officially transition to Country Pup Kennel moving forward.
If you already have a board and train booked, scheduled, or currently in the works directly through Canine Evolution, nothing will change for your stay and everything will continue as planned.
Canine Evolution will still continue to offer in-home board and train programs on a case-by-case basis for dogs who may benefit from a more specialized home environment.
This transition allows us to continue growing while providing an even higher level of care, structure, staffing, safety, and flexibility for the dogs in our programs, and I truly could not be more excited for what the future holds.
