Free Tarantula Week is something we’ve done every year since we’ve been open at our storefront and hope to continue for years to come! We love sharing our love for tarantulas and want folks to have a risk-free opportunity to see if having a pet tarantula is right for them!

🕷️Spider Fest 2026 is NEXT SUNDAY🎉👏🏻
The last couple years of the event have been AWESOME, and getting better and BIGGER every year! This isn’t your every day ‘exotic show’, this is a collection of breeders and vendors that take pride in caring for their animals and want to share that love of keeping them with others!

It’s a wild day full of all things invertebrates — tarantulas, spiders, centipedes, scorpions, isopods, mantises, roaches, and much more. Get to see some super cool invertebrates up-close, add some new additions to your growing collection, all while getting to mingle with a load of like-minded folks!

We will be set up with a HUGE selection of captive-bred tarantulas — spiderlings, juveniles, adults, males, females, and everything in between. Come out and see us at The Tarantula Collective in Wheeling, WV next Sunday, September 13th!
