Somerset Regional Animal Hospital is a full-service hospital providing pet care from basic vaccines and yearly exams, to diagnostics and surgical procedures. The hospital is owned by Dr. Alfred Rayne, DVM and Dr. Jeffrey Reed, DVM. We are also home to Dr. Reynolds, DVM, as well as Dr. Danny Noble, DVM. We provide a broad spectrum of diagnostic procedures through in-house testing and the use of ext

ernal laboratories. We also work closely with local practices when special diagnostic procedures are required. The facility includes a well-stocked pharmacy, in-hospital surgery suite where we offer laser surgery, in-house x-ray capabilities, a closely supervised hospitalization area, and indoor boarding kennels with outdoor walking areas. Animals can’t tell us when they’re hurting—but they often show us in subtle ways. ❤️

Changes in behavior, appetite, mobility, sleep, grooming, or even how they interact with us can be signs that something isn’t right. Don’t ignore the little changes. Your pet may be trying to tell you they’re in pain.

This month, let’s raise awareness about recognizing and addressing pain in our animal companions. 🐶🐱🐴
