Hello, everyone.
We wanted to make it known that we are not and have never been affiliated with the App "Get Your Guide" or the company "The Little Escape".
This app and company are currently advertising rides and availability for local stables in our area. They are taking information from local stables, making listings, and overcharging people.
The company in question did reach out to us. They presented themselves as a legitimate travel agency. However, they also asked for commission if they were to bring riders to our Stable. We denied this. They also wanted to pay via PayPal or other electronic forms of payment, which we also denied. We ultimately did not take any reservations from this company as the whole situation threw up red flags and we were fully booked.
Going forward, we will not be working with nor taking reservations from any and all travel companies. The only way to book with us is to call on our phone number or WhatsApp. Payment, other than deposits for large groups, will be cash only, due upon check-in for your ride.
We hope everyone understands.
