This warm weather has our logs fruiting like crazy!

Our Shiitake mushrooms are popping up faster than we can pick them, and they are absolutely beautiful right now.

Do you love fresh Shiitake mushrooms? We have them available by the pound, and the great thing about Shiitakes is they freeze and dry really well, so you can enjoy them long after the harvest.

If you’d like more information or would like to get some, send us a message! You’re also welcome to pick some up here at the farm. We keep them in the side fridge on the porch on our honor system, so you can stop by and grab what you need.

Nothing beats farm-fresh mushrooms grown right here.

The weather is finally warming up, and you know what that means here at the farm… FRESH SHIITAKE MUSHROOMS! 🍄

Our logs are fruiting, and we should have fresh Shiitake mushrooms available within the next couple of days. They will be sold by the pound while they last.

You can find them in the fridge on the side porch, right next to our fresh chicken eggs.

We run on the honor system and accept cash or Venmo. Just check the sign on the fridge for details.
