🐾 August is Clear the Shelters Month! 🏠

Every pet deserves a safe, loving home—and this month is the perfect time to open your heart to a shelter pet.

When you adopt, you’re not just changing one life—you make room for another animal in need. Whether you’re looking for a playful puppy, a cuddly kitten, or a loyal senior companion, your perfect match may be waiting at Young-Williams Animal Center.

As your veterinary team, we’re here to help your new best friend get off to a healthy start with wellness exams, vaccinations, preventative care, and plenty of support along the way.

Let’s work together to give more pets the happy endings they deserve. 🐶🐱❤️

Ways that you can help:
•Visit your local animal shelter or rescue and consider adopting this month!
•Donate supplies for funds to help support the shelters in your local community.
•Spread the word!

🐶❤️ Happy National Mutt Day! ❤️🐶

Today we are celebrating the one-of-a kind mixed breed dogs who fill our lives with unconditional love, endless loyalty, and plenty of laughter. Every mutt has a unique story, a special personality, and a heart that’s 100% lovable.

Not only do we love mutts for their unique personalities and looks, but these dogs also have less risk of developing health issues that can be common among purebreds thanks to their blended genetics!

Whether your best friend is a rescue, a shelter alum, or a happy mix of “who knows what,” today is the perfect day to give them an extra belly rub, a favorite treat, or a fun adventure.
