Hi, I’m Poppy! I’m a sweet, silly female hound mix around one year old, and I’m ready to find my forever home.

I came in as a stray, but am doing great in my foster home—I’m very interested in being someone’s forever home-dog. I’m a healthy 45 pounds and I’m already mastering basic commands and am great on my gentle-leader for walks. I’m VERY food motivated which my foster parents think is helping me be a fast learner. Right now I’m working hard on bouncing less when excited—I just LOVE to meet new people. I try my best, so just need a little patience while I keep learning.

I’m super playful and love to find toys to carry around and to play with other dogs. My foster parents said that treat motivation, and the fact that I’m smart made potty training really easy and I’ve got it down perfectly! I love to take naps in my crate when the humans are gone, and sleep there at night too.

I get along well with other pups and absolutely love meeting new people, but my foster parents don’t know about how I am with cats. I’m the kind of girl who thinks everyone is a potential new best friend. Since I am full of energy and still learning how to handle it, a home with young children probably would not be best for me right now.

If you’re looking for a happy, loving companion who’s eager to learn and ready to be part of your life, I might just be your perfect match. I can’t wait to meet you! 🐾

Meet Daisie! She is a 1 and a half year old chocolate poodle, weighing 18 pounds.

She is sweet and still a puppy. She is house trained and crate trained, but may not need the crate. She has a bit too much of an interest in cats, so no cats, please! She does okay with other dogs; although, she may not speak dog. Her foster jokes she speaks human instead of dog. Aside from her jumping up and being a bit mouthy, she does good with children.  She is smart and with some training will be the best girl.

She has the poodle hair so is perfect for people that are allergic, but will require grooming quite often. Look deep into her eyes, and you won’t be able to resist!

Tank is still searching for his loving forever home! With his affectionate nature and happy-go-lucky spirit, Tank thrives on companionship and enjoys being around people who can give him plenty of love and attention. If you’re willing to play fetch with him and give him treats, Tank will be your best friend in no time! Tank is energetic and smart, the perfect combination for someone looking to train a buddy to go on adventures with! Some of his favorite adventures include going on sniffy walks at parks and exploring pet friendly stores such as Lowe’s and Cabela’s. Tank is eager-to-please and very inquisitive, making him quick to learn new things – especially when treats are involved.

In his down time, Tank enjoys joining you to watch TV, chewing on his favorite toys (especially if you pet him at the same time!), and cuddling with his humans. Although Tank was not properly socialized or treated well as a young puppy and initially struggled with anxiety, he has made significant progress. He knows his basic commands, walks well on a leash, and is house/potty trained. Additionally, Tank has greatly improved his social skills with other dogs, showing that he is adaptable and capable of learning with an owner who will put in a little time and effort. Taking him to classes with a qualified trainer would help him to reach his full potential. Tank’s foster family would be more than happy to share the training exercises they work on, and keep in touch with his new family!

Tank would thrive in a home without very young children or small pets, as he is unaware of his own strength and size. He is best suited for individuals or families seeking an active dog to join them in play and outdoor adventures. If you are looking for a loyal companion who is always ready to explore and have fun, Tank could be the perfect match for you.

NINE PUPPIES!
The Greek Gods litter was born on May 16th. They are incredibly cute, and will be going through a lot of cleaning supplies and food in the next couple months before they can be adopted by their forever families. Please considering helping PAWS by donating anything on their wishlist. The puppies say thank you in advance!💙

Hi everyone! I’m Azula 💙

I may not breathe blue fire like my Airbender namesake, but I do have a special power—my loving blue gaze that will absolutely melt your heart (just ask my foster mom!).

I’m a 40 pound, 1-year-old Lab/Husky mix with a playful spirit and a big, affectionate heart. I love being around my people and will happily stick close by for pets, cuddles, and attention. I didnt get nearly enough attention in the shelter after i was abandoned, so im soaking it all up now. I also get along great with other dogs and enjoy having playmates!

Kids? I like them too! I can get a little excited when meeting new friends and might jump up at first, so I’d do best with slightly older kiddos or a family who can help me practice polite greetings.

Fetch, tug, and chase are all top-tier games in my book. But if I’m being honest… treats are everything. I love them, which makes me a fast learner! In just the first week in my foster home, I learned Sit, Crate, Shake, and Touch—and I’m excited to keep learning more.

I walk nicely on a leash and settle down quietly in my crate—pretty impressive, right? I’m still working on a few things: I’m not a big fan of car rides or baths, but I handle them like a champ when needed. I like cats a little too much, so a cat-free home would be best for me.

Hello! My name is Tula Bean and I came from Cambodia during the pandemic. I was found wandering the streets of Cambodia with my brother back when I was a puppy. I’m not sure who my parents are, but I found a nice person and moved to the United States in 2021.

Up until recently, I had been living with a family but I am uncomfortable around small children. We tried for two years, but my family thought it best to find a home where I could be happier.

I love to be outside, take walks and hikes, play with squeaky ball toys, and sofa time with my foster family and dogs. I am shy around new people, requiring time and patience to warm up to a new environment. My foster parents say that I have the personality of a Shiba Inu and Corgi, and will do best as an only dog with no cats or young children. I prefer to be the boss of the household.

Her zoomies are the greatest thing ever! Tula will do well in an active home but understands if she needs to hang out in a crate while her people work. She is also housetrained and has so far done well in the car with her new foster mom. Tula is VERY treat motivated, learns fast, and is coming up to us for attention. Have we mentioned how soft she is? She will not be attending PAWS adoption events, so please reach out to schedule a meet and greet with Tula today!
