❤️ Proud coach moment!
Recently I asked my students, aged 10 to 14 years old, if they would like our program to be a full-service premium barn. To their surprise, I explained them that their horses could be tacked up for their lessons and a groom could look after their horses at shows and meet them at the mounting block ready to roll.
Their answers were vocal and included « that takes away half of the fun! »

At RBT we don’t just learn to ride, students learn how to care for their horses with our Horse Management weekly bitesize lessons, our school break Intensive Courses and through their United States Pony Club membership.

Way to go girls!

🌳 What a morning cross country schooling at Copper Meadows Eventing last month for one of our ‘Schooling Away Days’! The RBT Jr team had a blast meeting up with our friends from Horsemanship Academy.

Well done girls, all our practice at home showed! The horses were relaxed and also happy to be out amongst friends. Amelia, Kennedy and Lucy practiced how to ride in the open, over logs, banks, gates, water and terrain. Next : link it all, little by little!

Goal for next year : one-day schooling show at Copper Meadows!

🔥Lucy and Catching Fire, also known as Mack or ‘Sir MacAlistair Daniel Bobby Szotek’.

Mack is Lucy’s 12 years old ottb bestie. They crossed path in May 2025 and have since learnt each other, grown in confidence, got their USPC D3 HSE Certification and showed successfully in the .80m. They have also been on fun adventures together, trying out cross country and testing the racehorse speed on the gallop track!

Here are Lucy and Mack at our last show, being their cool selves and winning .80m Jr Division Champions.
