With summer winding down and fall just around the corner, we wanted to share a few important updates with our Pampered Pooch family.
Thank you all for your continued support, loyalty, and trust in our team. We truly appreciate every one of you!
Today was Jackie’s last full-time day at Pampered Pooch as she begins her move back to Georgia. We’re so excited for her next chapter!
The good news is that Jackie will still be returning as a guest groomer whenever she’s home visiting family. We’ll announce those dates in advance so her clients can book with her.
For August, Jackie has limited availability on 8/24 and 8/25, which are her only working dates this month.
Summer has officially completed her last day as our receptionist. We will miss her dearly and are so thankful for everything she has done for our salon. We wish her nothing but the best as she begins her nursing career!
I’ll be starting my maternity leave in early September and plan to return in early November. My schedule is fully booked until my leave, and appointments through the end of the year are filling quickly.
If you request appointments with me—especially Saturdays—I highly recommend booking 3–4 appointments in advance. Saturdays are currently booking into November/December, and weekday appointments with all groomers are generally booking 6–8 weeks ahead. To secure your preferred dates, we recommend booking 2–3 appointments before leaving your visit.
We’re actively searching for experienced groomers to join our team as we continue to grow and following Jackie’s move. While we haven’t found the right fit yet, we will never compromise on the quality of care your dogs receive. We’d rather wait for the right person than rush the hiring process.
