🐾🌞 As temperatures rise, it's crucial to keep our pets safe during heatwaves. Remember these tips to ensure your furry friends stay cool and hydrated:

🌿 Provide fresh water for your pets
🌞 Limit outdoor activities during the hottest times
🚫 Don't leave pets outside for long periods
🚗 Never leave pets in vehicles
🌳 Offer shade and cool areas for your pet to rest

Learn to recognize signs of heat distress in pets, such as excessive panting, drooling, lethargy, vomiting, or collapse.

If you see a pet in distress or need help, our animal care team is here. Let's work together to keep pets safe and healthy this summer. Stay cool and keep your pets safe! 🐾

Today, we had the pleasure of welcoming our local Brownie Troop as they earned their pet badges! 🐶❤️ The troop learned about responsible pet care, the importance of compassion, and how to support our furry friends in the community.

We’re incredibly proud of these young animal lovers for taking steps to become future advocates for pets in need! Together, we can make a difference for our beloved animals! 🐾🌟
