Somehow we blinked & got behind on celebrating a few of our people…so it’s time to fix that. 🐾

Lindsey officially hit THREE years with us back in January, Audrey celebrated TWO years at the end of February, & Maddie marked ONE year with us in January as well!

These girls are a huge part of what keeps the wheels turning around here every single day. From the chaos, the laughs, the busy holidays, the endless cleaning, the zoomies, & all the love in between, they show up for these dogs & for our team constantly. They’re hardworking, hilarious, creative, dependable, & care for your pups like they’re their own.

R + R truly would not be the same without them & we’re incredibly thankful they chose us. Help us wish these girls a very happy “work-versary”! 🤍

POV: Maui volunteering as tribute 🫡

before anyone panics, no dogs are ever a “sacrifice” here🤣

Our evaluations are actually pretty thorough & intentionally slow. We start each dog off gradually & spend about 3 hours monitoring behavior, play style, confidence, & social cues.

Not every dog fits every group & that’s the point. Some are rowdy, some are chill, some need a smaller circle…& our eval process helps us figure that out safely.

& truthfully, it doesn’t just stop after those 3 hours. We’re always learning & adjusting as they get more comfortable & more of their personality comes out!
