​Monday sure brought the heat, and it looks like it's sticking around all week 🥵
​Because of these high temps, we’re pausing our castings harvest until the heat breaks next week. Red wigglers get stressed when things get up into the 90s, so we're taking extra measures to keep our herd comfortable. Happy, stress-free worms always yield the best castings!

​(Got a home bin? Throw a frozen water bottle in there or move them to the shade this week so they don't cook!)

Do you have a favorite mushroom?
Today I had the pleasure of spending the afternoon with the Merry Mushroom Maidens! It was well spent in great company around a beautiful harvest, freshly packaged and ready to hit the shelves at our local Schnucks

We were waaay to busy to go live but did remember to snap a couple of pictures after the work was finished 💪
