Check out this crazy find we had this week!

This patient came in this week for surgery. We found this nasty tick attached to the gum on the inside of the dog’s mouth! This was a good reminder for all of us to:
1. Keep our pets on their flea and tick prevention 🐶
2. Check our pets’ mouths regularly for unwelcome guests 🦷

💉 Fleas can eat over 15 times their body weight in blood in just one day
💯 A single adult female flea can produce over 50 eggs a day and up to 2000 in her lifetime!
🦵Fleas can jump almost 12 inches which is 150 times their height!

Keep these nasty critters of your pets by using flea and tick prevention like Nexgard Plus and Nexgard combo!
