Elise was a shelter dog since 5-2-14! Today, she is a family dog. She was a long-time resident and now she will be sleeping on a soft dog bed and getting spoiled! She is very loved and we wish her the very best!

Elise is a lovable, playful and sweet gal of about 1.6 years old. She is and American Staffordshire Terrier mix and weighs about 63 pounds. She would make a great addition to any family. She already knows several basic commands and she is happy to learn more. She is good in a car and good on leash. Elise loves to be with people and all she is missing is a family to call her own. This sweet girl is full of love. She walks well on a leash and she is as happy as a shelter dog can be. She knows many basic commands and she likes some dogs. She loves car rides, walks and belly rubs. She doesn't get looked at much and I don't know why. She deserves a chance at the good life. Keep following her page for updates. Hi everyone!! Here's some more pictures of me on my last outing. I was checking out the pond. Even though the water was cold, I think I kind of like water. I hope it warms up soon so I can go on an adventure to a park or maybe the beach and go in the water for longer. I'm still looking for my forever home, so if you are looking for a fun, adventurous girl, I'm the perfect one for you!!!

Elise is a sweet and beautiful American Staffordshire Terrier mix at Portsmouth Humane Society. She is almost 2 years old and is playful, cuddly and great in a car. She knows some basic commands and is very motivated to learn more. Elise likes some dogs and would want to meet any that you have, if you think she would be great for your family.
