Today we brought our final haul of donations to the shelter! 💗 Thank you so much to everyone who donated, shared our posts, spread the word, or supported Wags, Whiskers & Wishes in any way. Every single donation made a difference, and together, you all helped make a truly great impact for the animals at the Potter League.

It has been so amazing to see the generosity and support from our community throughout this fundraiser. We are incredibly grateful to everyone who helped make it possible. ❤️

Although our fundraiser has come to an end, if you would still like to support the Potter League, you can make a monetary donation through their website or drop off donations directly at the Potter League during their business hours.

🐾 It’s the LAST WEEK of Wags, Whiskers & Wishes! 🩷

There’s still time to make a difference for the animals at Potter League. Stop by either Pet Wants in Portsmouth or Rumford Pet Center in Middletown to drop off your donations before the drive ends!

Every donation matters. Even just a couple of towels, an old blanket, a bag of treats, or a toy can help provide comfort to shelter pets while they wait for their forever homes.

Stitch is a young, energetic girl looking for a loving family to foster with the goal of adoption. Call the Potter League for Animals to find out more about her! While she waits for her forever home, she enjoys stretching out on a cozy blanket after playtime and happily chewing on a favorite squeaky toy. Donations like blankets, towels, toys, treats, and food help make her stay at the shelter a little more comfortable until she finds her perfect match. ❤️

Meet Zeus! 🐾 ❤️Zeus is just one of the many amazing dogs at Potter League for Animals waiting for his forever home. While he waits, donations from our community help provide food, treats, toys, blankets, enrichment, and so much more for him and all of his shelter friends.

A huge thank you to everyone who has already donated to Wags, Whiskers & Wishes in support of Potter League for Animals. Every bag of food, toy, treat, blanket, cleaning supply, or monetary donation helps animals waiting for their forever homes.

If you’re in the area, stop by the Rumford Pet Express location in Middletown! The donation bin is set up right at the front of the store and is ready to accept your donations.

We also have a donation bin set up at Pet Wants in Portsmouth, so you can donate at whichever location is most convenient for you!

🐾 Pet Wants in Portsmouth and Rumford Pet Express in Middletown are waiting for your donations! 🐾

Every bag of food, toy, blanket, towel, cleaning supply, or monetary donation goes directly to helping the animals at Potter League for Animals. Even one item can make a difference for a pet waiting for a loving home.

If you’ve been meaning to donate, now is the perfect time! If you’ve already donated, thank you so much. One of the biggest ways you can continue to help is by sharing this post with your friends, family, coworkers, and local community groups. The more people who see it, the more animals we’ll be able to help.

305 Days 💔
That’s how long Nova has been in our care.

Nova came to us back in September with a “wound of unknown origin” which in the state of NJ requires a 4-month quarantine. So Nova waited, and waited, until she was finally available to adopt - and is STILL waiting 😓 Nova can be a little barky with people she doesn’t know, but it takes just a short time for her to warm up and be ready to play 🫶🏻 She’s done a few overnights with volunteer friends and did great! She loves the water, playing with toys, hanging on the couch, and doing zoomies ⚡️

Nova would love a yard to run and an active family to keep her busy. Nova would do best as the only pet and could go with bigger, dog-savvy kids ✅ She is 2y, 52lbs, and more than ready to start her new life!

🎉 Exciting news! 🐾 Starting July 15, Rumford Pet Express will officially join Wags, Whiskers & Wishes as a donation drop-off location!

With both Pet Wants in Portsmouth and Rumford Pet Express in Middletown, our community now has two convenient places to donate pet supplies for the animals at Potter League for Animals.

A huge thank you to Rumford Pet Express for partnering with us to help make a difference for local shelter pets. We can’t wait to officially kick things off tomorrow! 💕🐶🐱
