Hey neighbors! I have been getting alot of very anxious, new dogs lately coming from either corporate facilities or over booked salons. I just want to share my personal experience with an at home groomer vs a corporate environment.
As an at (my) home groomer I am personally invested in your fur babies overall health. I see when they are tired, anxious or stressed. I notice the new bumps and lumps which can help early detection with health problems. Also most of the time you will have the same person touching your dog everytime so they learn how to groom your dog the way the dog needs to be groomed opposed to making the dog get groomed the way the groomer needs to get them done. Most in home groomers offer "Single Services" for puppies, seniors and over stressed babies that need the one on one groom and no other dogs in the shop.
If your groomer does not talk to you or explain anything about your dog, please find another groomer.
If your looking for someone who will over explain and share every detail/ option with you and help you, stick with an in home groomer opposed to corporate.

Everyone still doesnt enjoy their nails being done, but at least I dont HAVE to shave down every dog due to their stress (matted babies still get shaved, humanity over humility always🤷‍♀️)

If walk in services(call first) are needed tomorrow we will be open normal hours (8am-5pm). The street for parking/ driveway and all concrete pathways have been serviced with ice-melt tonight through my landscaper. Please still use walkways with caution and call me if you are uncomfortable getting out your car as we will be offering curb service tomorrow no problem! Call when you arrive for drop offs and pick ups 💜 stay safe and warm!

Happy New year!!!! We are officially in referral season ($5 credit for every client referred from you!) and we are accepting new clients to join our family 💜 please remember we do need to stay on our rotating schedule (depending on the hair cut length we need you to come every 4,6,8 weeks) in order to stay on as active clients during the holiday season as I do not accept new clients during that time. If you have any questions please feel free to reach out 🥰
We are opening 2 days during the week so Im looking for clients to fill those spots please. Ill be seeing yall soon!

I have closed off the schedule to all new clients (or any hair cuts that have not stayed in the required rotation 12 weeks max) please feel free to reach back out in January to get on our books 🥰

Still having a hard time figuring out what our "special presents" will be this year so comment below some ideas please! Thinking about doing "discount key chains" for sale (like $10-$20 depending on the cost to make them) that will give you 15% off every time you show the key chain in 2026 🤷‍♀️ let me know what you think!

All fur babies must be updated on their Rabies vaccine before any grooming can be done (unless they are older dogs with a rabies exemption from the vet). Please send screenshots of their rabies certificates before the appointment please 💜

I was bitten by a new dog last weekend and had to cancel all appointments for a week due to the injury, unfortunately I wasnt able to go to the doctor due to the dog not having a rabies vaccine. If I was to go and tell them what dog bit me their dog would be quarantined at the shelter for 10 days. I worked at the shelter on the stray side for 2 years and would never do that to any animal no matter the situation (also it wasnt the dogs fault and I am mainly healed up💜)

Good morning everyone!!! I am excited to announce another personal journey we will be taking as a family, HOMESCHOOLING 🥰 It has been rough navigating home life and work life but the kid is happy and getting the one on one learning he needs. I am unsure how working during the week will be (last two weeks I've had to cancel some of you) there is a possibility I will have to go down to just weekends but please work with me as we continue this new journey 💜
I am also closing the schedule off to all new clients and matted fur babies (anyone who hasnt gotten a hair cut in the past 6 months)

A little happy never hurt anyone! Appreciation post to all of you who make this life style (never a job) worth it! I really have the most amazing clients anyone could ask for so thank you very much!!!
I have cleared out our donations box recently for fur babies that really needed it so I am asking for a few things that you might wanna get rid of. Fall cleaning is almost here anyways right 🥰 I dont sell anything, donations are for everyone!

Miss Kali had a whole makeover spa day with a photo shoot this week! She is stunning, as always!
I hope everyone has a beautiful and safe holiday weekend, I will also be taking some much needed time off!
We will be closed to all appointment requests till monday July 7th.
