🐾 RIFF REALLY SAID, “I WON’T BE NEEDING THAT ADOPTION LISTING.” ❤️😂

This sweet Australian Terrier came to us early this week after his owner had to move into a memory care facility and couldn’t take him with her. A heartbreaking change for both of them, and we wanted to make sure this very loved boy had a soft place to land.

And let us tell you… he is the SWEETEST boy. 🥹

Yesterday, we had his cutie patootie butt groomed by the AMAZING Dog Gone Clean Vancouver, along with Levi and Lachhi. Photos of those handsome fellas coming soon! ✂️🐶

Apparently, Riff had somewhere to be with that fresh haircut, because he didn’t even make it onto our adoptable page! One of our morning volunteers fell in love with him, brought her pups back to meet him that afternoon, and… that was it. Riff found his family. ❤️

He now has two besties to learn from and play with, and a family committed to helping him gently shed those extra pounds so he can feel his best.

From a difficult goodbye to a home full of love, we’re so grateful we could help him take this next step.

Happy forever, sweet Riff. You barely gave us time to introduce you. 🏡🐾❤️

🐾It can be a lot of work keeping your dogs beautiful locks tangle free between grooms and the point of no return can happen quickly when it comes to matting.

Regular brushing is very important for dogs with longer fluffy coats. Here's a simple guide to help keep your pup mat free to avoid a reset cut at their next appoinment.

We also offer brushouts between grooms if you dont feel like doing it yourself!🐾
