Cat trainer!

In 1932, actress Jeanette MacDonald was photographed holding her beloved cat, Puzzums—one of early Hollywood’s most talented feline stars. Puzzums wasn’t just a pet; he was a performer, known for his ability to cross his eyes, drink from a baby bottle, and even fake laughter on command. These remarkable skills earned him roles in multiple films, where he delighted audiences with his unique on-screen presence.

Despite playing mostly uncredited roles, Puzzums was a valued Hollywood figure, earning an impressive $250 per week—equivalent to about $4,500 today. His contributions to early cinema highlighted the charm and appeal of animal actors, securing his place in Hollywood history... 🐈❤️🎥
