Happy June! The warm weather is coming in hot, just like our next Featured Friends every time they come in the Roscoe’s lobby! Meet Madee and Hazel, a matching dynamic duo who we can’t wait to tell you all about.
Madee, a 7-year-old yellow lab joined her family in early 2019 and was instantly the apple of both of her dads’ eyes. However, their family wouldn’t be complete until they brought her sister Hazel, a 6-year-old yellow lab home just under a year later! The two girls were instantly the perfect match, just born to be sisters.
Madee (AKA Madee Mo) and Hazel (AKA Hazey, Hazelini) look so much alike, and are almost always found together. They truly are the best of friends!
There’s not many treats either of the girls will turn down, but they are a bit more particular when it comes to their toys. Ms. Madee prefers a ball, but Ms. Hazel absolutely loves her squeaky chicken. Their favorite pastime has to be swimming though! Madee, the queen that she is, loves to float leisurely in the pool on her raft. Hazel is more of an ear-deep in a muddy puddle kind of girl.
Of course, when they’re not romping around getting wet, they love to come to Roscoe’s! They love to come tag team play with all of their friends, or get some snuggles from their favorite humans.
We absolutely love these chonky little ladies, and can’t wait to spend many more days with them to come!

“Maddie and Hazel,or sometimes as we call them the ladies, are not always so lady like. These two sisters are like a tag team at a professional wrestling match. They will try to start a mutiny at daycare, but they luckily are easily distracted by the promises treats and butt scratches. These two bruisers are a tornado of sassy. They may look alike, but Hazel is the younger one with the taste for mischief and Madde is right next to her for the thrill of it. You know it will be an interesting and adventure day when this duo come in for the day.
