Meet Echo🐱🧡

Echo is our special need kitty that is looking for his forever home! He was found lying by himself in the roadway and he had no idea what danger he was in. He was confused and scared, but he was safely placed into our care, and stole all of our staff's hearts!🥰

Echo is blind, and vets believe he was born this way. He is FELV negative and will continue checkups and vet care as the month goes by!

Echo is looking for a secure home and a calm environment with a patient family that is willing to navigate obstacles that comes with his special need. He is currently learning to navigate with sound and smell, so litter training is still in progress!☺️ Echo would do best with another cat friend in the home, that can help guide him and teach him how to find his way around his new home.

His personality shines bright and doesn't fail to make everyone around him smile. Echo is a very cuddly and affectionate cat. He finds comfort with his humans and feels his safest on someone's lap!

If you are looking for a VERY affectionate kitty that has unconditional love, Echo is the one for you! Stop by to meet him and fill out an adoption application. He would love to meet you!🧡

Meet Leo!🐾

Leo is a young chihuahua mix that is looking for his forever home! Leo spent time in a foster home, and here is everything there is to know about Leo!

Leo is the biggest cuddle bug who seeks human connection almost 24/7! He wants nothing more, than to be held, cuddled, and snuggled in anyway he can!💙

Leo is potty trained and walks amazing on a leash and harness! He does good with older small dogs or prefers to be the only dog in a home. Leo LOVES car rides, pup cups, his jammies, toys, and being outside to sunbathe!☀️

If your family is looking for a well-mannered "professional" lap dog, Leo is the one for you! He is very loyal and attaches to his trusted humans! If you have interest in adopting, stop by to meet him and fill out an adoption application! He will be up to date and neutered next week!😁

We never gave up or lost hope for our two angels, Kenna and Shane. 1,460 days of shelter life, and constantly being overlooked for being shut down, timid, and scared. We posted, worked with rescues, worked with sponsors, put them in the newspaper, and got their names out everywhere we could.

Yesterday, an amazing family came in to finalize the adoption for not just one, but BOTH Kenna and Shane. They both get to find their happy ending in a loving home TOGETHER!!💙

We never lost hope, even when there was little to hold onto. We had the honor to rescue them from pups, and be their family for 4 years until their forever family came along. We will miss them dearly, and we cant wait to hear updates on how they come along to finding their true personality outside of the shelter system.

A huge thank you to the sponsor of their adoption fees. A huge thank you to our amazing volunteers for giving them a kind hand and showing up everyday to walk and socialize with them. A huge thank you to our staff that shows up everyday to tend to all their needs. And last but not least, THANK YOU to everyone that followed their story, shared their posts, and rooted for them.

We have many more that are waiting to be chosen. When visiting a shelter, please dont overlook the shy ones, the loud ones, the jumpy ones, or the shut down ones. Every dog deserves a chance, no matter the background they came from. If you ever have the opportunity, please adopt❤️.

We have turned commenting off due to public not using the comment section as a positive space to ask questions and share information. If you have personal concerns or questions, contact us and we are more than happy to help in any way we can.☺️

The reality is, we are completely FULL. Our neighbors are completely FULL. All rescues and shelters that stretch throughout the country are FULL of dogs and cats. We are all here in this field for the same reasons, which is doing everything we can to help as many animals as we can in our community. Unfortunately there just isnt enough space that goes into shelters to be able to hold every single animal that comes through our doors.

How can you help? By spay and neutering your pets!! Every cat cage we have in our building is filled with cats and kittens of all ages. We have dogs here that have been waiting for many months or many years that have not been chosen yet.

We really need help and any donations would be HUGELY appreciated. We are in need of Purina Kitten Chow, any pate cat canned food, and dog canned food the most. We have amazing donors and sponsors that have been helping us and we couldnt be more appreciative!

Instead of banding against one another, we need to be helping one another. Our community and strays need ALL of our help. So please, donate to organizations when you can, spay and neuter your pets to help the overpopulation, and Adopt, DONT SHOP!
