If you think a reliable recall from your dog is impossible, think again! Come join our 3 week clinic to fine-tune your skills, and build motivation for your dog come when called. You and your pup will leave the class with a solid skill foundation, along with training protocols on how to continue to build the skill at home.

🔸FOR: Dogs 5 months and older who are comfortable hanging out around other dogs and new people.

🔸YOU SHOULD KNOW: This class 3 weeks long. Dogs come to all 3 classes.

The holidays can be a blur, but training doesn't have to be! Our Top 10 Training Tips can help you gain some clarity this season 😋 Check them out below!

⭐ Make training fun! Training should be fun for you AND your dog.

⭐ Get everyone involved! Get the whole family involved in training.

⭐ Identify behaviors you want your dog to know! Plan ahead: sit, down, stay, come...

⭐ Reward good behavior! Reward behavior you like when your dog does it.

⭐ Use good rewards! Use food, toys, walks, and access to fun as rewards.

⭐ Keep it simple in the beginning! Make it easy enough for your dog to get it right.

⭐ Practice often! 5-10 minutes per session, 4-5 times per day.

⭐ Build on your dog's success! Add new skills as your dog masters old ones.

⭐ Make learning a regular part of your dog's life! Dogs are smart and always need new things to learn.

It's that time of the year when the weather can make socializing your puppy a little bit harder and a lot more miserable ☔ Come spend a rainy Saturday morning having fun and learning with us! We'll have different surfaces and objects for your puppy to interact with, and of course lots of puppy friends to play with.

FOR: Puppies 9-13 weeks old or less than 10 pounds

FOR: Puppies 14-20 weeks old

THE ULTIMATE REAL-LIFE TRAINING CLASS!

We’ll meet in a different location each week to practice polite manners while enjoying our beautiful Portland neighborhoods. You’ll work on nice leash walking, coming when called, and teaching your dog to settle while you enjoy a drink from your favorite brewery or coffee house. You will have a fantastic hour out and about with fellow dog lovers, guided by one of our certified, experienced dog trainers!

FOR: Dogs who have completed Basic Manners, Keep it Going Puppy Class, Impulse Control, or equivalent classes at other facilities. This class is not for dogs who bark and lunge at other dogs or people. If your dog is uncomfortable hanging out in close quarters with other dogs or people, please email us and we will make a suggestion as to what training will be appropriate for your dog.

TUITION: $165

Our fun Follow Your Nose class takes advantage of you dogs' incredible sniffers by putting them to good use. Your dog will learn to search for things on your cue—a fun game for exercising your dog indoors on rainy days, impressing friends, building communication, and increasing your dog’s confidence.

FOR: Dogs 6 months and older who have completed a Basic Manners or Puppy Kindergarten class.

YOU SHOULD KNOW: First class for humans only. Six week class.

TUITION: $200

Presenting the esteemed graduates of last week’s Basic Manners class… Basie! Pineapple! Harper! and Penny Lane! These sweet pups learned all the basics and then some, and they kept us entertained throughout the course. Great job, we can’t wait to see you all again soon!

Another fun Keep It Going Puppy graduation day yesterday! These teams did an amazing job and we loved seeing them build their skills throughout the weeks 🤗 Way to go Norma, Salty, Oakley, Rasher, Nova, and George (not pictured). You guys rocked it!
