onditioner, ear cleaning, nail clip and filing all catered to your pet's needs. The Fairy Dogmother looks forward to getting to know your dog and its individual traits. We are a crate free facility who offer straight through grooming with a one-on-one experience. Our goal is to provide exceptional, long-term value to customers. We want people to see a dog down the street and know it came from The Fairy Dogmother. We are a straight through grooming salon, that does not kennel or kennel dry. While we love to do styled haircuts, above all else, we believe in humanity over vanity. After evaluation, we choose a style that best suits your dog's personality, coat type, and lifestyle. All combined with how often you're willing to get your dog groomed. If your pet has difficult matting in their coat, we will choose to shave over demat for the comfort and safety of your pet. Then offer to work with you to get them on a schedule that will help them get to the length you would want them to be, if possible. Dogs who have extreme dryer anxiety may not do best here. Services:

*Spa Day includes: Bath, Conditioning, blow out, Nail cutting/grinding, brush out/de-shed and cleaning of the ears.
* Light trimming of the feet, sani and around the face/eyes if applicable.

*The Cinderella": Everything a Spa Day includes, Aong with a full body haircut.

*Prices are based on the time we spend working on your pet. This is determined on the size of your pet, their coat length, condition and temperament. Additional Add Ons:

We’re looking to add a part-time or full-time talented groomer to our team!

Qualifications:

-We’re looking for experienced, proactive, passionate, team-oriented groomer with good communication skills.

-Comfortable with booking, checking in and out clients.

-Eager to continue education and can work with all dog types.

-We offer straight through grooming service (no kennel dryers) with emphasis on quality -humanity over vanity.

What we Offer:

Yesterday was a super fun day! The 3rd Annual Shear Determination was held down in Biddeford at Spike dog grooming and boutique!
Our Manager Jenn Chiu at the Back Cove Location was a Judge!
Janelle's Grooming who won last year with porty trim came back for more fun tackling the German trim!
This year our Manager JessGroomz at Sanborn Street decided after 14 years to give it a go with Modern trim and ended up taking 1st place!!

We are so proud of all our groomers that have dedicated time and energy beyond the Fairy Dogmother walls to continued education and testing their skills even in the competition ring!

Our goal is always to bring you top tier service and our job is our passion! Congratulations to everyone!
