How do we make sure every day at The Mainely Dog is as safe as possible⁉️

➡️ SPOILER ALERT: It takes a whole team! 👏

At The Mainely Dog, we hire people with different backgrounds, strengths, and skill sets. Some bring strong organizational and operational skills, while others bring years of hands-on experience working with dogs. Having that mix is what makes our team so strong!

Meet Brett, one of our Dog Operations Leads!

With years of experience working with dogs, Brett helps oversee pack dynamics, develop individualized dog management plans, conduct evaluations, identify potential safety concerns, and support our handlers.

Dog safety is a team effort, and having experienced people like Brett helping guide that team makes all the difference during the day.

Because a successful day at daycare is about WAY MORE than just letting dogs play! 🐾

We love our boys, but this one’s for the girls. 💚

Women-owned. Women-led. And surrounded by some pretty incredible women.

Strong, hardworking, compassionate, and not afraid to get their hands dirty (literally).

The Mainely Dog wouldn’t be what it is without the women who show up every day, lead with heart, work their butts off, and love these dogs like their own.

Here’s to the ladies who help make it all happen. 💪

Honoring a really special friend today 💚

Coco was one of our original Mainely Doggers, and it’s hard to imagine The Mainely Dog without her. She’s been part of our family since the early days, and we’ve been so lucky to have so many years of memories with her.

We promise to give your brother and sister some extra cuddles for you. The trio just won’t be the same without you.

We’ll miss you, sweet girl. Thank you for growing with us and being such a special part of our story. Until we meet again, over the rainbow bridge. 🌈💚
