Ever wonder why you see so many bullies that lack drive, alertness, and expression? Puppies that grow into dogs that just seem mentally checked out? 👀
Truth is, structure and DNA matter… but so does stimulation, environment, and selective breeding for temperament. A dog can look “extreme” physically but still be missing key traits that make a bully feel ALIVE. 💯
A well-bred dog should be: ✔️ Alert to its surroundings
✔️ Engaged with people
✔️ Confident, not fearful
✔️ Food driven or toy driven
✔️ Curious and expressive
✔️ Physically functional with mental sharpness
But here’s another conversation breeders don’t wanna have… 👇
You cannot expect dogs to develop properly sitting in crates 20+ hours a day with nails curling into the floor their whole life. 🗣️
Lack of movement and poor foot care absolutely affects structure over time. Long nails change how a dog stands and distributes weight. Dogs start compensating in their pasterns, feet, shoulders, and rear movement. Add constant confinement with little exercise or stimulation and now you got dogs lacking muscle tone, conditioning, confidence, and natural athleticism.
Movement matters.
Environment matters.
Conditioning matters.
Mental health matters.
Too many people are obsessed with producing a “look” while completely ignoring the FUNCTION and QUALITY OF LIFE behind the dog. Then they wonder why the dogs move poorly, lack expression, act dull, or break down physically early. 💯
Early development matters: 🔥 Human interaction
🔥 Confidence building
🔥 Proper nutrition
🔥 Exercise & free movement
🔥 Nail & foot maintenance
🔥 Socialization
🔥 Clean environments
🔥 Selective breeding with purpose
At GamePlanBullies we believe the goal isn’t just creating eye candy… it’s producing dogs with PRESENCE. Dogs that command attention because they got the structure, confidence, awareness, movement, and expression to match the build. 💪🏾
A bully should never look soulless.
