Yesterday was a really special day. 💛
As I sit here this morning drinking coffee, resting my sore body, and reflecting on our day at Oregon Humane Doggie Dash and our official Doggie Dash after party, I just keep thinking about how grateful I am.
To my incredible staff — thank you for working so hard, caring so deeply, and helping Bring! grow into something so much bigger than a dog treat business. You make this little dream feel magical every single day.
To my husband Chris — thank you for always supporting my wild ideas, calming me down when I’m overwhelmed, hauling tables and supplies, and loving this community right alongside me.
To our amazing vendors, performers, and community partners — thank you for showing up with such kindness, creativity, and enthusiasm. Watching everyone come together in Director Park was genuinely emotional.
To the Downtown Clean & Safe team — thank you for the work you do every day to help keep downtown welcoming, safe, and cared for. Community events like this truly depend on people like you.
And to our customers and supporters — some of you have been with us since the earliest days of Bring! Treats for Dogs, and I will never fully be able to express how much that means to me. You have helped us grow from a dream into a real, living thing built on love, dogs, and community.
Yesterday reminded me that Portland is still full of joy, kindness, connection, and people who want to show up for one another.
