“Okay we don’t normally do adoption post and try to keep it spay and neuter related but I believe in the power of social media. This beauty is at the Visalia animal services . They have been slammed with intakes and unfortunately some of the dogs are not making it out of the shelter. This pup is available Saturday July 25th. If her owner does not reclaim her she needs a home! Can everyone share her info and let’s get her some interest? I mean look at that face❤️

We hope everyone has a fun, safe, and memorable holiday with family and friends. While you’re enjoying the celebrations, don’t forget that the fireworks can be one of the most stressful times of the year for our furry family members.

Here are a few ways to help keep your pets safe today:
🐾 Keep them indoors in a quiet, secure room.
🐾 Make sure they have updated ID tags and microchip information.
🐾 Close windows, doors, and curtains to help reduce the sound.
🐾 Play calming music or leave the TV on to help drown out the fireworks.
🐾 Never bring pets to firework shows.
🐾 Give them plenty of love, comfort, and reassurance.

A few extra precautions today can help prevent frightened pets from escaping or becoming injured.
