😜 We have a very important question... how has this goofy, smiley boy been waiting for a home since April?! 💔

Meet Snickers ( ), a 6-month-old Cattle Dog mix whose tongue seems to have a personality all its own! 👅😂 Whether he's running around, looking for attention, or just flashing that signature smile, this happy pup is guaranteed to brighten your day.

Like any puppy, Snickers is full of energy, curiosity, and endless enthusiasm for life. As a herding breed, he's looking for an experienced adopter who can provide structure, consistency, and plenty of fun ways to keep both his mind and body busy. With the right guidance, this silly boy is going to make an incredible best friend.

Snickers does well with other dogs, but we'd love for any potential canine siblings to come along for a meet-and-greet to make sure everyone gets along. He'd also do best with older children who can help continue his training and keep up with all those puppy zoomies!

Mac has been waiting a LONG time for someone to see the happy, playful pup we see in him. ❤️

This 1½-year-old Terrier mix came to us from Georgia in August 2025 and has been with us ever since. Extremely fearful when he arrived, Mac has spent months working with our Pet Behavior team and he’s made incredible progress! 🥹

Now we know this goofy boy LOVES tug-of-war, knows his basic commands, is housebroken and crate trained, and is happiest with a little backyard time before heading back inside. Mac is still fearful and isn’t a fan of leash walks... but give this sweet pup a yard and watch him FLY! 🥰 Because of the behaviors we've seen, we’re looking for a home in a quiet neighborhood with a securely fenced-in yard, no other pets, in a quiet suburban/rural area, and children 12+.

He may need a little extra patience, but this sweet boy has come SO far. ❤️ Now he just needs someone to give him the chance to keep going.

👑🐾 MEET LUCINDA: OUR LADY OF THE LONG TERM CARE HOME.

At 17 years young, Lucinda has become a beloved fixture of our Long Term Care Home - and this spritely senior still has a few surprises up her sleeve. 💕😻

Lucinda hasn’t always been interested in expanding her circle of trust, especially while managing diabetes. She may not be the conventional, instantly affectionate lap cat who charms every visitor…
But give her time. Give her tranquility. Give her a trusted friend and a little catnip.

And watch her magic happen. ✨

There’s nothing quite like seeing Lucinda roll around in catnip with an impish little grin when she’s with someone she trusts. Those moments remind us that beneath her guarded exterior is a senior girl who still has plenty of joy to share.

Our veterinary team has developed a comfortable plan to manage her diabetes through diet and medication, with her ongoing care available at cost through our Pet Health Centers. ❤️

What Lucinda needs most is simple: a peaceful home where she can be the only pet, surrounded by patient, experienced adults who understand that trust isn’t rushed - it’s earned.

We’ve fallen completely in love with our Lady of the House.

Now we’re waiting for the person who will give this remarkable senior the golden future she deserves. 👑💛

💙🐾 TIBERIO’S LIFE TOOK A TURN HE NEVER EXPECTED.

Four-year-old Tiberio arrived looking worn and weary, as though happiness had been a long time coming. His rescuer originally planned to return him outdoors after completing his TNR, but during his recovery, something became very clear:

This big-headed, big-hearted guy is actually a BIG sweetie. 🥹❤️
And suddenly, everything changed.

Our veterinary team also discovered a heart condition that needs ongoing care. Thankfully, Tiberio landed exactly where he needed to be. Our Pet Health Centers created a lifesaving treatment plan that will be provided at cost for the rest of his life, giving this deserving boy the chance to enjoy the comfortable, pampered life he never knew was possible.

These days, Tiberio’s eyes seem to be telling us he’s ready.

Ready for soft places to nap.
Ready for gentle affection.
Ready for children 8 and older.
Ready for an endless supply of tasty treats. 😻

He’s enjoyed having welcoming feline roommates, but when it comes to his happily-ever-after, Tiberio thinks having a home all to himself sounds pretty wonderful.

What he wants most is simple:
Peace. Comfort. Love. And someone who will give him the life he never knew to hope for. 💙

💛🐾 HUMBERT IS LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO SPEAKS “CAT.”

Three-year-old Humbert had a difficult time connecting with his former owner, so we gave this enthusiastic tabby something he truly needed: time.

In the quietest spaces of our Long Term Care Home, surrounded by experienced nurturers, Humbert had the opportunity to show us who he really is - and, more importantly, what he needs from his soulmate.

We discovered a playful, engaging guy who also has some very specific ways of communicating. Humbert needs someone who understands the subtle language of feline body cues and can help him transition from “LET’S PLAY!” to “Okay, time to relax.” 😸

And look at him now!

At Bianca’s Furry Friends, Humbert has enthusiastically taken on the role of door greeter, delights in toys and treats, and may even decide your lap is exactly where he’d like to be. 🥰

Humbert will do best as the only pet in an adult home where he can feel secure, understood, and comfortable knowing what comes next.

He doesn’t need someone to change him.
He needs someone patient enough to understand him.

🌿💚 ALLIUM IS LEARNING WHAT IT MEANS TO BE LOVED.

Six-year-old Allium spent his life navigating the streets, cautiously making acquaintances with the humans in his neighborhood. When a rescuer realized he would be safer indoors, this stoic gentleman found himself facing a whole new world.

And honestly? He wasn’t sure what to make of it. 🥹

The quiet comfort of our Long Term Care Home gave Allium the time he needed to adjust, surrounded by experienced hands who let him set the pace. Little by little, his confidence began to grow.

Then came an even bigger step: a quiet room at Bianca’s Furry Friends, where other cats with similar experiences showed him something he had never known before - that human hands can be gentle, loving, and safe. 🐾❤️

Now we’re watching something truly beautiful happen.

Allium is learning to trust. He’s learning to accept affection. He’s discovering that he can enjoy the company of both humans and feline friends.

A few months ago, he never could have imagined this life.

His next chapter calls for an experienced, patient home with calm children 12 and older - and, ideally, a confident feline friend to show him just how wonderful being loved can be.

Allium has already come so far.

🐾🎉 TWO BROTHERS. DOUBLE THE GREETINGS. DOUBLE THE FUN.

Meet Purdue & Swatara! These super-bonded 2-year-old brothers have come a very long way since arriving at BFF as older kittens.

At first, they were a little hesitant about this whole “being a pet” thing. But with time, patience, treats, repeat, these boys discovered that the wonderful world of humans isn’t so bad after all. In fact…they LOVE a good party. 😻🎉

Today, Purdue and Swatara are professional door greeters, first in line to welcome their favorite people, and always ready to bring the good times wherever they go.

All they need now is a family with understanding children 8 and older to complete their happily ever after.

Oh, and one more thing…
A lifetime supply of treats is strongly recommended. 😹🍗

Meet Bella 🤍 — a 30-pound pocket pittie with a BIG personality and an even bigger heart. At 2 years old, this sweet girl is energetic, smart, and absolutely adorable… especially when she’s proudly carrying her favorite stuffie everywhere she goes. 🧸🐾

Seriously, if Bella has a toy in her mouth, she’s a happy girl. You’ll often spot her carrying her beloved stuffie on walks, around her run, and pretty much anywhere she can take it. And that includes her weekly Zoomiez training sessions! Bella loves showing up for training with a toy in her mouth, ready to learn and have some fun. 🥹

Bella can take a little time to open up, but once she does? Oh, she is SO sweet. Give her patience, a gentle voice, and some time to get comfortable, and you’ll see her affectionate side shine. She’s smart, eager to learn, and just needs someone willing to see the wonderful dog waiting beneath the surface. 🤍

Bella is on a special diet to help manage her skin allergies, and she’ll need a family who can continue keeping her feeling her best. An experienced adopter, a quieter suburban home, and a fully fenced yard would be ideal. Children 12+ who understand and respect her boundaries would be a great fit. If you have a current canine in the home, bring them down to do a meet and greet with our behavior team!

She may be a little pocket pittie, but Bella has so much love to give and she’s ready for someone to give her the chance to show it. 💛
