Many people assume that if they clean the yard themselves, it saves us time or money. Unfortunately, that’s not how route-based businesses work.

😕When a visit is skipped, our costs don’t disappear. Your spot has already been reserved on our route, and we’ve already planned fuel, travel time, vehicle expenses, scheduling, and labor around that stop.

⏰Last-minute cancellations and same-day skips create gaps in our route that usually cannot be filled, resulting in lost income while many of the same operating expenses remain.

🚨That’s why skip fees apply, and same-day cancellations are charged in full. These policies help us keep our pricing affordable, our routes efficient, and our service reliable for all customers.
